Cameron Barney advises County Broadband on £46mn financing from Aviva

Cameron Barney is pleased to announce that it acted as financial adviser to County Broadband Holdings Ltd (County) in securing a £46mn investment from Aviva Investors (Aviva).
Based in Essex, County is already an established provider of broadband services to rural communities in the East of England. This financing enables the Company to substantially expand its provision of fibre-to-the premises (FTTP) services.

I am pleased to have Aviva as a significant shareholder in the Company and we can now substantially accelerate our full-fibre roll-out to many more under-served communities in the East of England.””
This transaction demonstrates Cameron Barney’s continued commitment to funding the UK’s alternative network sector and its leadership generally in financings for the ‘infratech’ sector.
