With over 25 years experience in European leveraged and acquisition finance markets, Anthony is a former UK Partner of Clarion, a SME Debt Fund. Previously he was Head of Debt Advisory for Peel Hunt and Managing Director and EMEA Head of Leveraged Loans for Bank of America. He has extensive experience in originating and executing senior and subordinated debt transactions across all sizes of company, industrial sectors and jurisdictions. Prior to this, he has run and built acquisition finance businesses for Commerzbank AG, as Head of Capital Structuring Group (London) and at ABNAMRO Bank NV, where he was European Co-Head of Acquisition Finance.

Charles Cameron - Partner, Cameron Barney

Charles has advised public and private company boards and entrepreneurs for over 30 years at Cameron Barney and previously as a director at Goldman Sachs, Jefferies and Kleinwort Benson, working in London, New York and Tokyo.

In 2002 he was appointed CEO of the quoted cloud and on-site data storage provider InTechnology plc; in 2008 he co-founded Encore Ventures which acquired and managed a portfolio of private equity interests from 3i; and within Cameron Barney he sits on the Investment Committee of the Digital Infrastructure Investment Partnership.

Eleanor has over 15 years of investment banking experience. She was a Director at Citigroup and spent 5 years at Goldman Sachs in its equity research and investment banking divisions. Eleanor joined Cameron Barney in 2016 as part of their Women Returners program following time-out from the industry to focus on her young family.

Steve has over 30 years experience at the intersection of sustainable energy and finance. He founded EnergyPro which has executed more than £60m of investment in the UK on behalf of its JV with EESL from India. He has been an NED for private and public companies and sits on the Investment Committee of the London Energy Efficiency Fund. He has published extensively on energy and sustainable finance and received awards from the Energy Institute, the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy and the India Business Group.

Prior to joining Cameron Barney, Vitor was an intern with Oxford Capital where he assisted on transactions within the energy infrastructure sectors. He holds a Master of Science in Management and Finance from The London School of Economics and is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Matthew Hindhaugh - Partner, Cameron Barney

Matthew has 30 years of corporate finance experience. After qualifying as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen, Matthew worked at Morgan Grenfell, then Deutsche Bank, leading deals in a wide variety of areas including structured finance, IPOs and M&A. After a period working as CFO of a small retail business he returned to corporate finance. As well as working on corporate fund raising he has developed a growing practice in fund raising for private equity and other alternative Asset Managers. He has strong relationships with a wide range of institutional investors and family offices.

Peter Norris - Partner, Cameron Barney

Peter is an international investment banker who has advised corporates, private equity, governments and charities across a range of complex transactions. His early career was with Kleinwort Benson and HSBC Investment Bank and he later became Head of European M&A at Bank of America. Peter has advised on IPOs and other public and private financings, privatisations, and a variety of buy and sell side mandates.

Brian Robertson - Partner, Cameron Barney

Brian has over 30 years of investment banking experience, having worked in the City since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1985. For much of that time, he has specialised in the communications sector, working in financing and M&A in all the major development phases of the industry: including cable TV, Mobile communications, fixed-line liberalisation and, more recently, FTTH rollout, where he has helped raise finance for a series of UK operators. Brian is also actively involved in Cameron Barney's investment management activities and is Chairman of Wightfibre Limited.

Mike has 25 years of commercial and corporate experience in the property, energy and construction sectors. His career has spanned start-up and early-stage businesses through to the large corporate arena; having worked at executive board and divisional level for a FTSE250 outsourcing and energy services company.
An entrepreneur who has experienced the fulfilment of investing, driving the development of and ultimately selling the energy services and infrastructure business he co-founded. Raising capital for organisations or projects has been a constant in Mike’s career with a particular focus on investments that generate measurable social and environmental, as well as financial returns. Jack has been involved in the advisory and investment industry for more than 5 years, joining Cameron Barney in 2017. His career began at Clearance Capital, a London-based specialist pan-European real estate investor operating in the public and private markets, where he supported both investment and operating activities. Prior to this, Jack graduated in Economics from Nottingham Business School, has since completed the IMC and is a part-qualified Chartered Accountant.
